This album is the result of my trip to Cantal, France. The concept of this records is simple, a hike for modular performance at the top. The composition and the patch was prepared upstream, this stay was a residence. Once installed, it is an improvised performance, inspired by what surrounded me. And a piece has bloomed. To help me realize this project I was accompanied by several friends. I would like to thank Baptiste, Nathan, Eric and Thibaud for their precious help.
This concept is a real challenge, transport the material, reflect on the spot framing and composition of the image in a given time, the sporting effort of hiking but also the improvisation on the spot. It is a contemplative and enriching experience.
I can't describe how amazing this is. Feelings of hopelessness paired with some kind of spiritual liberation. Feelings of being admirably abandoned in the spirit world, feelings of being left alone in the universe. Long live R Beny, long live artists like him, like Celer, Silent Vigils, Anthène and so on. You give us incomprehensible beauty :) Terrence Falconer
